2. Purposes for collection of personal data on our website

a) Visits to our website

When you visit our website to obtain information, data is automatically sent to our web server by your browser software. This data is saved for a short time in a log file. However, individual users remain anonymous since we only evaluate this information for statistical purposes (e.g. to determine the number of times individual web pages are accessed).When you visit our website, the following data is captured and saved without any action by yourself until it is automatically deleted:

c) Getting in touch with us via our contact form, by email, by giving us your telephone number, or through the merchant access area

Whenever you have any form of inquiry, we are happy for you to get in touch with us by telephone or using the contact form on our website. The same applies to the contact form in the separate merchant area, which requires a username and password to access.

We ask you to provide your name, email address and your telephone number (optional) as well as the detail of your inquiry. We need you to provide your email address so that we can respond to your inquiry. We also record the date and time when the contact form is submitted. Any other information you provide is entirely voluntary. When you use our contact form, your information is transmitted to us in encrypted form via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection.

You may also contact us by email, if you wish. In this case, any personal data sent in the email message will be saved.
If you complete the optional telephone number field in the contact form, we can give you a call to respond to your inquiry, rather than send an email.

The lawful basis for data processing for the purpose of you getting in touch with us is our legitimate interest in answering your questions, pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The personal data that is collected in the course of handling your inquiry is automatically deleted once we have finished answering it.

d) Password-protected merchant area

You must keep the username and password used to access the login area confidential and must not share the details with third parties.

This data is processed on the basis of your freely granted consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR and for the purpose of fulfilling a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

YouTube is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, When you watch a video using this plugin, a connection is created to the platform’s servers in order to render the plugin. In this way, the platform’s servers are informed that you have visited our website. If you are logged in as a YouTube user, YouTube will associate this information with your personal user account at YouTube. The data collected when using this plugin is processed by YouTube and may be processed in countries outside of the EU or the EEA. We have no influence on the type and scope of data processed by the provider, the type of processing and usage or the sharing of this data with third parties, especially with countries outside of the European Union. You can prevent this data being associated by logging out of your YouTube user account before using our website and deleting the relevant cookies.

10. Point of Sale finder (using Google Maps)

This website uses Google Maps, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
